Technical center is the power source of our company continuous development. It improves our competitiveness. We have professional talent engineers and we also focused on training young backbone. We invest more than 3% of the sales amount to the technical center for the product research and development. New products developed by our own technical center are taking more and more proportion, so we invest more and more into the technical center. 
 
After several years development, our technical center has a talent team with reasonable age structure, scientific specialty collocation, clear work division, wide range knowledge covering. Now, the technical center has 54 technicians, 8 of them are doctor. Others are above college or have title above assistant engineer title.
